Civil Service retirement and health benefits will not be cut in Obama's budget

Concerns over FECA benefits remain

President Obama's budget for fiscal year 2011 does not recommend any reductions in the retirement and health benefits of current and retired federal workers. The budget does recommend that military and civilian workers receive the same pay increases
