Now that's a ribbon cutting ceremony!

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger blowtorches his way through a metal chain last week to celebrate the new eastbound approach to the Bay Bridge in San Francisco. Next time, the Governator will be shotting the chain with an M-60 while swinging across the bridge.
