How this can happen, we'll never know.  But in our investigations for violations by local police officers, we discovered the video of a cop dumping a paralyzed man from a wheelchair two days ago while another officer laughs.  The quadriplegic man broke a few ribs and intends to prosecute the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department in Tampa, Florida on criminal charges.  

Four Hillsborough Sheriff’s Deputies are on suspension, two with pay--for being a part of the problem and not the solution--and two without pay--for their direct involvement.

"There is no excuse. This is indefensible," says Hillsborough Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Joe Docobo. We agree.
