its HIV &amp;amp; AIDS team. The advisor will have responsibility as the
senior corporate liaison between JSI headquarters and a portfolio of
bilateral field projects addressing HIV &amp;amp; AIDS and will play a key
role in JSI&amp;#39;s project support structure. The position reports to the

- 3-5 years overseas employment experience, preferably in more than one
country (Developing country experience is strongly preferred.)&lt;br /&gt;
- Strong managerial, organizational and problem-solving skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Technical expertise and experience in HIV &amp;amp; AIDS&lt;br /&gt;
- Knowledge of and experience working with PEPFAR, USAID and other USG support&lt;br /&gt;

to and management of field offices that implement the DELIVER II, and

&lt;h2&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/h2&gt;

and processing monthly field accounts, performing required monthly
reconciliations, and compiling monthly submissions to the Accounting

Providing feedback to the field office on issues and corrections to the
field account data; ensuring that corrections and corrective actions

Managing the Budget Tracking Sheets (BTS) for all projects based in the
field office and managed by DELIVER II; this includes data entry,

Working with, and training, the field based financial staff in ensuring
the implementation of both JSI policies and procedures and standard

Ensuring that the field office workplan matches the budget and that changes to the workplan are reflected in the budget&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Ensures that current and accurate financial information is available to relevant project and task order staff at all times&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Prepares ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the project(s) and task order(s).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Assists the with all issues related to field office human resources;
this includes development of hiring letters, and input/feedback on
personnel issues, particularly those related to field office financial
and administrative staff. Liaise with JSI Human Resources as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Is a resource to the field office expatriate staff on Allowances;
initiates preparation of Allowance payment forms in accordance with the
JSI Allowances Manual &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Provides coverage for other FAMs if they are traveling or out of the
office; assists with coverage of the Program Officer as needed&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
Provides oversight of all field office administrative systems working
closely with the Field Office Operations Manager and in conjunction
with other JSI projects operating in the country&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
