NSPS is a complete failure and I hope that DoD, OPM and OMB do not start developing point papers filled with excuses as to why NSPS needs more time.  NSPS is a hold over from the Dumbsfeld era and its top gang of henchman and bullies.  Return Government employees to a fair system now.  NSPS must go away now.
