I&amp;#39;m sure he and Obama don&amp;#39;t agree on everything, but he&amp;#39;s been one of the bravest opponents of Bush&amp;#39;s Iraq War in either party, and to that end has made some very moving statements:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;To question your government is not unpatriotic — to not question your government is unpatriotic.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;I took an oath of office to the Constitution, I didn&amp;#39;t take an oath of office to my party or my president.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ll admit, I don&amp;#39;t know much about this man&amp;#39;s history in the Senate, but if his record on the Iraq war is any indication, he seems an ideal choice for Defense Secretary.&lt;/p&gt;
