Health should be an individual choice.

No vaccine should be mandatory.

If someone is afraid of a disease then they can get vaccinated and assume the risks associated with them.

Remember all vaccines carry risks, including death and disability.

There are a lot of horror stories on the net especially with the Gardasil vaccine. Check out youtube or google Gardasil injuries.

It's like playing Russian roulette.

That seems like quite a stretch. I'm unsure of what is required for vaccinations in general for immigrants however.

Oh, please fix this information! This vaccine is NOT "a cervical cancer vaccine". This vaccine IS a vaccine against some forms of HPV. All cerivical cancer is NOT caused by HPV. Cerivical cancer is NOT the only thing that HPV causes. This vaccine WILL also protect against some forms of genital warts. This is a vaccine against ONE FORM of the human papillomavirus. There ARE causes of cervical cancer other than HPV. I know it's easier to make generalizations, but medical issues are too important to say "get this vaccine and you don't have to worry about cervical cancer or genital warts". That type of thinking leads to irresponsibility.
