Nor the fact that those bonuses come out of the same pool of money for the GS employees. Your article also does not mention the extra benefits such as first class airline seats, the best hotel room available, etc. &amp;nbsp;Most SES&amp;#39;s stay in one organization and build empires and end up being no value added to that organization. &amp;nbsp;Also look at how many SES&amp;#39;s there are... In order to be a GM you have to supervise a set amount of GS&amp;#39;s. &amp;nbsp;The SES corps violates this idea.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the US government wants to save money then they should get rid of the SES corps and allow the GM&amp;#39;s to earn their pay. &lt;/p&gt;
