He encourages constructive dissent and yet at the same time he is trying to squash dissent from Air Force leadership over the F-22. Gates seems to think we will only fight insurgencies in the future. What he fails to realize is that if the Air Force (and other branches) sacrifice conventional capability to combat unconventional forces, then there is a greater likelyhood that we will be fighting a major conventional war in the future, because our conventional forces will have lost their ability to deter hostile naitions with modern conventional weapons.&lt;img src="http://ohmygov.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=1405" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
