Almost 160 employees at the Smithsonian accepted $25,000 buyouts to leave their jobs, as the institution faces a slashed budget and needs to downsize its workforce.
OhMyGov! reported in October that all 6,000 of the Smithsonian's employees were offered buyouts to quit or retire.
