U.S. misses top ten in U.N.’s best places to live

Would a better health care system have helped?

The United Nations has released its annual list of the world's best places to live, with Norway in the top spot, the U.S. at 13, and the U.K. at 21. With France at No. 8, this list confirms how out of touch the U.N. can be sometimes.
