James G. Perdigao pled guilty to 30 federal felony charges including a fraudulent billing scheme and agreed to forfeit $30 million. Full story

2. Miami: Venezuelan Convicted

Franklin Duran, a Venezuelan national, was convicted on charges of illegally operating as an agent of the Venezuelan government. Full story

3. Washington Field Office: GSA Contractor Employee Sentenced

Charles Anthony Wehausen and four subcontractors were sentenced for their roles in a kickback scheme which overcharged the U.S. government. Full story

4. Baltimore: Pakistani Receives Nine Year Sentence

Saifullah Anjum Ranjha was sentenced for concealing terrorist financing through an informal money transfer system known as a “hawala.” Full story

5. Springfield: Senior Master Sergeant Sentenced

Former Senior Master Sergeant Bruce E. Walker was sentenced for possession of child pornography. Full story

10. Boston: Former Inmate Charged with Hacking Prison Computer

Former inmate of the Plymouth County Correctional Facility, Francis G. Janosko, was indicted for damage to the prison’s computer network and identity theft. Full story
