How about analysis of the prominent Presidential candidates positions on matters related to the civil service: -Pay for "performance" -appropriate Gov't share of FEHB premiums -Impact of candidate's healthcare proposals on FEHB -Contracting out government functions to the private sector If you can't find public positions on these issues, contact the campaigns and ask the candidates' positions.

Great feed back...OhMyGov! has been tracking your concern regarding the candidate's positions and posted several related stories on the various issues you addressed in your comment.

Additionally, we posted an article entitled The Presidential Campaign and the Federal Workforce on November 20th 2007 and the companion story entitled Presidential Campaigns Still Silent on Federal Workforce on February 24, 2008.

We will continue to address this issue with more specific stories so your voice and the voice and issues of over 2.9 million federal workers will be addressed by our new Chief Executive.
